V4 client, North West Leicestershire District Council (NWLDC) required specialist procurement and technical consultancy support to deliver a wide-ranging housing improvement and decarbonisation programme across approximately 4,100 homes.
The programme includes multiple workstreams, such as retrofit consultancy, planned maintenance, asbestos removal, roofing, kitchens, and energy consultancy.
V4 Services, led by our in-house consultant, is acting as a client-side procurement and technical advisor, supporting the Council in developing specifications, managing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with current regulations and best practice.
